摘　　要：探索出电网操作票网络管理系统,使其能满足通用化、开放式的要求,并开发出一套应用于电力行业的电网操作票网络管理系统平台。实际应用表明,系统设计的方案正确,符合变电站操作票作业管理要求。To explore the operation ticket network management system of power network so that it can meet the general requirements open and develop a set of application in the electric power industry of power grid operation ticket system network management platform. The practical application shows that the design scheme is correct the system meet the substation operation ticket job management requirements
