摘　　要：The contamination reasons were analyzed form the viewpoints of strain preparation, air system, medium and equipment sterilization and pipeline configura- tion. Moreover, the contamination-preventing measures were defined. We also sum- marized the characteristics of bacteria that contaminated the fermentation, as well as checking methods and remedial measures.从菌种制备、空气系统、培养基与设备灭菌、管路配置等方面分析了染菌的原因并明确了防止发酵染菌的措施。概述了发酵染菌的主要现象并提出了检查方法、补救措施。
