摘　　要：This paper mainly summarizes recent advances in the classification of Bursaphelenchus species, introduces several common methods of molecular biologi- cal detection and identification methods, and analyzes the advantages and disad- vantages of these methods.文章主要介绍了伞滑刃属线虫的分类研究现状,以及常见的几种分子生物学检测鉴定方法,并分析了这几种方法的优缺点。
