摘 要:在聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)树脂中加入4种具有不同溶解度参数的聚合物,利用流延拉伸法制备了PET反射膜;利用扫描电镜、光学偏光显微镜对拉伸后的薄膜表面及内部形态进行观察,并通过紫外-可见分光光度计对拉伸前后的薄膜进行反射率测定,研究了溶解度参数、折射率对薄膜拉伸前后反射性能的影响。结果表明:随着聚合物与PET溶解度参数差值的增大,拉伸后薄膜内部孔隙结构逐渐增加;在一定范围内,经相同拉伸工艺制备的聚合物/PET薄膜的反射率随聚合物与PET溶解度参数差值的增大而增大。Four polymers having different solubility parameters were added to polyethylene terephalate (PET) resin, then the PET reflective film was achieved by tape casting and stretching. The internal and surface morphology of the stretched film was observed ized optical microscopy. In addition, the reflectance by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and polar- of films was also investigated through ultra -violet and visible spectrophotometers. These results show that the solubility parameters and refractive index have important effects on the reflectivity properties of stretched films. With the increase of the difference of the solubility parameter between the polymer and the PET, the internal pore structures of the stretched film are increasing. Within a certain range, the reflectance of polymer/PET film prepared through the same drawing process also increases with the increase of the difference of the solubility parameter between the polymer and the PET.
