摘　　要：价值流图是精益生产体系中分析流程浪费的有效工具,受到企业的重视与推崇。应用价值流图方法,在对某公司汽车副仪表台(TC)装配线现状分析的基础上,对装配线设施布局、工序安排、物料料架及成品包装等方面进行了精益改进。通过方法改进,减少了浪费,降低了生产成本,提高了生产效率。The value stream mapping （VSM） is an effective tool for analyzing the process waste in the lean production system, which is well recognized and respected by those enterprises in the industry. Based on the status analysis of the TC assembly line in a certain company and by using the VSM method, the layout of assembly line, working procedures, materiel rack and finished product packaging, proved. Though such a lean improvement, the resource waste is reduced, the cost etc, were lean ira- is lowered and the manufacturing efficiency is enhanced.
