军民融合式区域经济发展问题研究

摘　　要：军民融合式区域经济发展是统筹经济建设和国防建设的现实要求，依托区域经济资源和国防科技工业推进军民融合，使国防建设充分融入到区域经济社会发展体系之中，可以获取良好的区域经济效益和国防经济效益。军地双方必须选准融合的关键领域，创新体制机制，实施集群化军民融合产业发展，是促进军民融合式区域经济又好又快发展的重要举措。Regional civilian-military integration economy development is the realistic requirement to coordinate economic construction and national defense construction. Promoting military civilian integration relying on regional economic resource and national defense technological industry to integrate national defense construction into regional economic social development system, from which the great regional economy benefits and national defense benefits are obtained. Both military side and civilian side must choose the key integrating areas rightly and innovate system and mechanism and implement clustering civilian-military integration development, which is the important measure to promote the sound and fast development of military civilian integration economy.
