摘　　要：阀冷却系统是特高压换流站最重要的辅助系统,阀外冷系统起着降低内冷水温度以满足下一次冷却循环要求的作用,是实现换流阀设备安全稳定运行的重要一环。哈密南换流站自然环境恶劣,为满足该站换流阀换热容量的要求,阀外冷系统首次采用以空冷为主,闭式蒸发冷却塔辅助水冷的布置方案,对该种冷却方案及设备配置进行详细介绍,并对阀外冷设备安装流程、工艺及调试方法进行研究,形成一套实用价值较高的安装方法,为以后北方寒冷地区特高压换流站的阀外冷系统的安装调试提供借鉴。The valve cooling system is the most important auxiliary system of UHV DC converter stations.The valve outer-coaling system is used to decrease the temperature of inter-water to meet the requirement of the next cooling cycle, which is an important element for safe and steady operation.The water-coaling ＆ air-cooling scheme of valve outer-coaling system is first used in Hami converter station in order to deal with its severe environmental condition.The above cooling scheme is introduced and its equipment configuration is detailed.Also, the installation procedure, installation technology and debug method for valve outer-cooling equipment are studies ,which form a set of installation method to provide a useful reference for valve outer-cooling system installation and commissioning in converter stations in the cold north area.
