摘　　要：分析2010版《中国药典》中常用药材的"含量测定"项下所测成分,查阅近10年文献,总结归纳所选成分存在的有待商榷的问题,共选取7味代表药材详细讨论其化学成分、药理作用与临床功效的关系,以反映测定成分与功效不对应、测定成分相对不足、无测定成分等三大问题,期望能为《中国药典》的修订和完善提供参考。Referring to the literature in recent 10 years, the paper analyzes the determination term of Chinese Traditional Medicine in Pharmacopoeia of People＇s Republic of China（2010）, then summarizes and classifies some problems. To illustrate three main problems： determination term is not exactly equivalent to the function of Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM）, the number of index component is not enough and the lack of index component, the author carefully discusses the chemical composition, the interaction between pharmacological effects and functions by selecting seven TCM for each problem, hoping to offer suggestions and references for the next edition of Pharmacopoeia of People＇s Republic of China.
