摘 要:目的:利用星点设计-效应面法优化加味圣愈汤的水提工艺。方法:以经醇提后的药渣为原料,并以溶剂倍数、提取时间为自变量,以多糖含量及干膏收率的总评"OD"值为评价指标,拟合二次项方程,绘制三维效应面图,选取最佳提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为:溶剂倍数为10倍,提取2次,每次2h。结论:星点设计-效应面法优化加味圣愈汤的水提工艺方法简便,预测性好。Objective:To optimize the water extraction process of Jiawei Shengyu decoction by central composite designresponse surface method. Method:The dreg after alcohol extraction was used as the raw material. The extraction process of Jiawei Shengyu decoction was optimized with solvent volume and the extraction time as independent variables, and the overall desirability value of the yield of the extracta, and polysaccharide content as evaluation indexes. Then quadratic polynomial fitting and depicting of 3D-response surface were performed and from which the optimal extraction process was selected. Result:The optimal extraction process was 10 fold solvent, 2 hours for decoction, and 2 times for extraction. Conclusion:Central composite design-response surface methodology is convenient and highly predictive for the extraction of Jiawei Shengyu decoction.
