摘 要:目的探寻在基层医院建立传染病疫情网络监测系统的方法与意义。方法应用WHONET5.3软件程序,依托我院现有的网络系统,建立相应的监测点,形成覆盖全院下属社区医疗卫生机构的数字化信息网络,设立专门的传染病疫情报告管理部门或科室,配备专(兼)职人员,制定传染病疫情报告制度、流程及传染病报告管理办法,观察传染病漏报率。结果建立传染病疫情网络监控系统后,全院杜绝了传染病疫情的漏报、迟报,法定传染病报告率达到100%。结论通过在基层医院建立传染病疫情网络监测系统,提高了传染病报告率,具有临床推广价值。Objective To explore the methods and significance of setting up a network monitoring system of infectious disease in the primary hospital. Methods Applying WHONET5. 3 Microsoft program,relying on the network system of the hospital,setting up monitoring points,and forming digital information network covering all subordinate community medical and health institutions,setting up a special report of infectious disease management departments or sections with a full- time( part- time) personnel,and making the epidemic situation of infectious diseases report system and process and infectious disease report management approach,to observe the missing report rate of infectious disease. Results The establishment of infectious disease network monitoring system eliminated the false and delaying. Notifiable disease reporting rate was 100%. Conclusion Through the establishment of infectious disease monitoring network system in basic level hospital,the reporting rate of infectious disease is improved. It has clinical value.
