责任康复护理制度对膝关节置换术后患者康复水平的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨责任康复护理制度对膝关节置换术后患者康复水平的影响。方法 选择2012年1月~2014年2月于海南医学院附属医院收治的各类膝关节置换患者76例,将2012年1月~2013年4月收治的42例患者作为常规对照组,将2013年5月~2014年2月收治的34例患者作为责任康复组。常规对照组行常规护理,责任康复组增加责任康复护理措施,比较两组患者术后康复质量。结果 责任康复组患者术后至出院期间,膝关节屈伸活动范围显著大于常规对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。术后康复水平和生活质量高于常规对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 责任康复护理制度对于膝关节置换术后患者的康复进程有积极作用,值得在临床上推广使用。Objective To analyzed the clinical effect of responsibility rehabilitation nursing system in the rehabilitation process of total knee arthroplasty. Methods From February 2012 to February 2014, 76 patients after total knee arthroplasty in the Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical University were selected and divided into two group according to the admission date, from January 2012 to April 2013, 42 patients were as the control group, from May 2013 to Februray2014, 34 patiens were as the objective group. The conventional nursing plan for the rehabilitation process was used in the control group, and responsibility rehabilitation nursing system was additional used in the objective group. The difference of rehabilitation effect and life quality were compared between the two group. Results Between postoperation and leaving hospital, range knee flexion and extension and function scores in the objective group were better than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The life quality index and the rehabilitation effect were betterr than those in the objective group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion It can get positive effect to use responsibility rehabilitation system nursing in the rehabilitation process of total Knee arthroplasty.
