参附注射液治疗急性心肌梗死并心力衰竭的临床分析

摘　　要：目的研究参附注射液在急性心肌梗死合并心力衰竭病症中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析我院90例急性心肌梗死合并心力衰竭患者的临床资料,按照患者的治疗方法分为观察组和对照组,每组45例,对照组采用常规治疗,并进行溶栓治疗;观察组在对照组基础上同步使用参附注射液进行治疗,观察比较两组患者的临床疗效,包括心排血量和射血分数等。结果观察组的整体治疗效果明显高于对照组,心排血量和射血分数明显改善,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),同时患者治疗后的BNP低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组临床疗效明显更为优异,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急性心肌梗死合并心力衰竭患者治疗时,采用参附注射液进行联合治疗,可有效改善患者的心功能,提高患者的临床治疗效果,特别在患者心室重构及远期效果上更加理想,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the effect of Shenfu injection on patients with acute myocardial infarction with heart failure symptoms. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 90 patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with heart failure, according to different treatments they were divided into study group and control group, 45 cases in each group, the control group recieved conventional thrombolytic therapy, while the research group used Shenfu injection treatment, the other treatments were the same with the control group. The clinical efficacies of two groups were compared, including cardiac output and ejection fraction and other aspects of the results. Results The overall therapeutic effect in patients of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group, compared with the control group, the cardiac output and ejection fraction were significantly improved in study group （P〈0.05）, the level of BNP was remarkably decreased in study group compared with that of the control group（P〈0.05）, the clinical cu- rative effect was more effevtive in the study group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For the treatment of acute myocardial infarction complicated with heart failure, the use of Shenfu injection combined therapy can improve heart function of patients, it is more effective on the improvement of patients＇ clinical therapeutic effect, especially on the ventricular reconstruction and long-term effect, so it is worth for application and dissemination.
