闭合复位弹性髓内钉内固定治疗单纯桡骨上1/3骨折的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨闭合复位弹性髓内钉固定治疗单纯桡骨上1/3骨折的疗效,为骨科临床提供参考。方法回顾我院2011年2月-2013年7月间收治的18例单纯桡骨上1/3骨折患者的诊治资料,对其行闭合复位弹性髓内钉内固定治疗后的临床疗效进行评价。结果本组病例均得到有效随访,平均随访时间17.4个月,全部骨性愈合,平均愈合时间10.9周,无并发症。根据Anderson评分标准,优11例,良6例,可1例,优良率为94.4%。结论采用闭合复位弹性髓内钉方法治疗单纯桡骨上1/3骨折可取得较好的疗效且并发症少,为治疗此类型的骨折提供了更多的方法选择。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of closed reduction and intramedullary nail fixation for the treat- ment of elastic pure radial 1/3 fractures, and provide a reference for elinieal orthopaedics. Methods The clinical data of 18 eases patients with simple fraeture of the radius 1/3 whieh were treated in our hospital from February 2011 to July 2013 were analyzed, and evaluated the clinical effect of the treatment with closed reduction and intramedullary nail fix- ation for the patients. Results All the patients were received a follow-up, the average follow-up time was 17.4 months, all the patients got a bone healing, the average healing time was 10.4 weeks without complications. Accorded the an- derson scoring criteria, exeellent 11 cases, good 6 eases, well 1 ease, the excellent rate was 94.4%. Conclusion The closed reduetion and intramedullary nail fixation has a good clinical effect for elastie pure radial 1/3 fractures with few complications, and it provides more ehoiees for elastic pure radial 1/3 fractures.
