临床护理路径联合延续性护理应用于计划性剖宫产的护理效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析临床护理路径联合延续性护理应用于计划性剖宫产的护理效果。方法:运用随机整群抽样的方法选取本院2013年4月-2014年10月收治的100例孕产妇,依据随机数字表法将这些孕产妇分为研究组和对照组两组,各50例。给予对照组产妇常规护理,给予研究组产妇临床护理路径联合延续性护理,然后对两组患者的住院时间、住院费用、相关知识知晓情况及产妇的满意度进行统计分析。结果:研究组产妇术后平均住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05),住院费用低于对照组(P<0.05),健康教育测试成绩显著高于对照组(P<0.05),临床护理工作的满意度94.0%(47/50)显著高于对照组74.0%(37/50)(P<0.05)。结论:临床护理路径联合延续性护理应用于计划性剖宫产的护理效果显著,值得推广。Objective：To analyze the nursing effect of joint continuity of care and clinical nursing path in the application of planned caesarean section.Method：100 cases of pregnant women who were treated in our hospital from April 2013 to October 2014 were selected by random cluster sampling method, these maternal were divided into study group and control group according to a random number table, each of 50 cases.The control group were given routine care,while the study group were given joint continuity of care and clinical care path.Then the mean hospital days,hospital costs,related knowledge circumstances and maternal satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed.Result：The mean hospital stay of the study group was significantly shorter（P〈0.05）,the hospital costs was significantly lower（P〈0.05）,the health education test score was significantly higher（P〈0.05）,the satisfaction for clinical care job 94.0%（47/50） was significantly higher than that in control group 74.0%（37/50）（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The nursing effect of nursing effect analysis of joint continuity of care and clinical nursing path is remarkable in the application of planned caesarean section,so is worthy of promotion.
