摘 要:在考虑艉轴承弹流润滑效应的情况下,先对海水润滑艉轴承进行弹流润滑数值计算,将得到的水膜压力计算结果结合有限元法,再对艉轴承进行有限元静力分析,使其更加贴近于实际,更具有实际意义。同时分析不同工作载荷、不同轴承半径间隙以及不同轴承内圈厚度对艉轴承力学性能的影响。结果表明:艉轴承各对应位置的节点等效应力应变化趋势近似,但其值却随着载荷和半径间隙的增大而增大,其中载荷越大,艉轴承节点等效应力应变变化幅值越大,变化曲线越陡;不同内圈厚度对内圈内侧的最大Y向节点应力影响较小,却对轴承最大节点等效应力影响较大,其幅值变化较明显。The seawater lubricated stern bearing is firstly calculated with the numerical calculation of elastic hydrodynamic lubrication,while it is considering under the elastic hydrodynamic lubrication effect. Then,based on the calculation results of the obtained water film pressure,the stern bearing is conducted by the finite element static analysis,in order to make it closer to the reality,and become more practical significance. Meanwhile,the influence of the various working loads,radius clearance and film of bearing inner race on the stern bearing mechanics performance is analyzed. The results show that each node equivalent stress and strain of the corresponding position on stern bearing is changed approximately,while the values of stress and strain are increased with the increase of load and radius clearance. When the load becomes larger,the variation range of node equivalent stress and strain is larger,and the changing curve is steeper. The influence of various bearing inner race thickness on the Max node stress in Y Axis of inner race flank is little,but on the Max node equivalent stress is great,and the variation range of node equivalent stress is obvious.
