摘 要:针对喷嘴-挡板伺服阀抗污染能力差,射流管伺服阀频响低等缺点,提出了一种结构简单、抗污染能力强,频响高的小型数字阀—6 mm通径2D数字伺服阀。该阀由2D方向阀、传动机构和电-机械转换器组成。在分析该阀的结构和工作原理的基础上,对2D数字伺服阀的动态特性进行了MATLAB仿真。该阀的最小间隙为1.2mm,仿真结果表明:2D数字伺服阀对应-3 d B、-90°的频宽约为240 Hz。2D数字伺服阀实验研究结果是该阀对应-3d B、-90°频宽约为205 Hz。说明该阀不仅抗污染能力强,而且频响很高。In view of the nozzle flapper servo valve anti-pollution ability is poor,and jet pipe servo valve's frequency response is lows,so,this paper presents a simple structure,strong ability to resist pollution,high frequency response of the small digital valve- 6 mm diameter 2D digital servo valve. The valve consists of 2D directional valves,transmission and electro- mechanical converter. On the basis of analysis of the structure and working principle of the valve,the dynamic characteristics of 2D digital servo valve is simulated with the MATLAB. The minimum clearance of the valve is 1. 2 mm,The simulation results show that 2D digital servo valve corresponding to-3 d B,- 90° DHS frequency is about 240 Hz. The experimental results of 2D digital servo valve corresponding to- 3d B,- 90 ° DHS frequency is approximately 205 Hz. This indicats that the valve is not only has a strong anti-pollution ability,but a high high frequency response as well.
