摘  要:新庄煤矿副井采用普通法掘砌施工至垂深130m处后,改用冻结法施工。针对大流速含水岩层冻结难度大等问题,采取了适当增加冻结管数量,控制钻孔最大偏斜,适当增大冻结管直径,加大冻结初期盐水流量等措施,并对盐水温度、流量进行合理调控,顺利完成了冻结施工任务。同时,对已建成的130m井壁,采取布置隔温孔,结合多种调控措施的综合隔温保护措施加以保护,使其未遭受冻胀力破坏,收到了预期效果。After a conventional lining and excavation construction applied to a mine shaft sinking of a mine auxiliary shaft at a depth of 130m in Xinzhuang Mine and a ground freezing construction method was applied to replace the conventional mine shaft sinking? According to high difficult ground freezing and other problem of a water bearing strata with high water flow ,with proper increased freezing tube number ,max deviation control of the borehole drilling ,proper increased freezing tube diameter ,brine flow increased at a initial freezing period and other measures ,as well as the rational adjustment and control conducted on the brine temperature and flow ,the freezing construction mission was successful ly completed?Meanwhile a thermal insulation borehole layout was applied to the 130m depth mine shaft liner constructed and with the multi adjustment and control measures of the comprehensive ther mal insulation protection measures conducted to protect the mine shaft in order to avoid a failure by a frozen—heave force? Expected results were obtained.
