摘　　要：母杜柴登煤矿30201工作面1号回风巷沿3-1煤层底板粉砂岩掘进,设计长度3 473m,矩形断面,采用锚网索+托梁联合支护。巷道采用山特维克MB670/193型掘锚机掘进和支护,后配连运破碎机转载,带式输送机出煤,取得了月进尺530m的好成绩,实现了安全、优质、快速施工。扼要介绍了该巷道机械化作业线配套设备及其技术性能指标,施工工艺,施工管理措施及施工效果。No？1 air returning gateway of No？ 30201 coal mining face in Mudu Chaideng Mine was driven along a siltstone floor of No？3 - 1 seam ,the designed length of the gateway was 3 473m and a rectan gular cross section of the gateway was supported with a bolt /steel mesh/anchor ＋ bracket combined support system？ The gateway was driven and supported with a Sandvik MB670/193 bolter miner .Be hind the bolter miner ,there was a continued haulage and crusher for a stage loading and a belt convey or for coal transportation .A good achievement of a month 530m driving rate was obtained .A safety , excellent quality and fast construction was realized .The paper briefly introduced a matched equipment and technical performance index of the mechanized operation line ,construction technique ,construction management measures and construction effect of the gateway.
