摘  要:安全性评价是提高企业安全水平的措施之一。以余吾煤业有限责任公司南一采区掘进工作面为评价对象,采用基于熵权的TOPSIS法(逼近理想解的排序方法),建立了安全评价模型,指出掘进工作面安全管理中存在的相关问题,并提出相应的改进措施。该法以灰熵理论确定评价指标的权重——熵权,从而避免了低层次、多因素权重确定的主观性;以评价对象与理想解和反理想解的距离确定的相对接近度作为评价准则,从而避免了评价方法的主观性。应用此方法评价了南一采区3个工作面的安全性,结果表明,S1206工作面的安全性最好。This paper intends to take the heading face of No. 1 South Mining Area in Yuwu Coal Group Corporation, Ltd, as the evaluation sample. In proceeding with our research, we have adopted the well- known Technique for Order Preference, an evaluation model to be used by the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution(TOPSIS) developed based .on the entropy weight. While conducting our evaluation, we were trying to put our stress on the fol- lowing three aspects in the process of production, that is, the human factor (the average age, the average length of services, the average educational experience, and the average training time), the equip- ment and installation factor (the effective rate of the equipment, the maintenance level of equipment, the failure rate of the equipment, the qualified rate of the mining safety protection) and the environment factor (the temperature, humidity, light, noise, the coal-gas concen- tration, the water inlet, the probability of coal and gas outburst, the bump proneness of the coal and the rock). As a result, this paper has pointed out the related problems of the quoted coal mine in the safety management of the heading face, and put forward the corre- sponding suggested improvement measures aiming to realize the target of the above said three goals. Besides, we have also applied the en- tropy weight of evaluation index factors to ascertain all the influential factors v/a the grey entropy theory, in hoping to avoid the subjectivity in ascertaining the weights of multiple factors of the lower hierarchical layers. Besides, we have also ascertained the relative adjacent degree by the distance between the evaluation samples and the ideal solution and distance between the evaluation samples and the negative ideal solution in accordance with the evaluation criteria mentioned in the said method, which can be used for evaluating the safety in-situ in the three heading faces above illustrated. Thus, the method we have come up with proves to be more objective,
