摘 要:高温矿井风流温度准确预测是很多学者关注的课题,难点是预测模型中的含湿量或水蒸气分压力与温度关系复杂。结合矿井风流温湿度特点,充分考虑风流温度、相对湿度共同对潜热交换量的影响,提出了分区间将含湿量项回归成温度、相对湿度的二元一次函数的简化方法;根据矿井风流能量方程理论,提出了利用焓值方程闭合差校验模型预测精度的方法;得出了精度较高、且可手动计算的预测通风时间1 a以内和1 a以上巷道末端风流温度计算模型。The present paper aims to introduce a new method to cal- culate the airflow temperature at the end of the mining roadway, which can be manually operated by the mine engineering technicians. As is known to all, the key to predicate the airflow temperature in mine is how to express the humidity ratio or the water vapor pressure with the temperature. Actually, there may exist a lot of methods that can solve this issue, such as the linear function and quadratic function of the temperature. However, the formula obtained is either low precision or inconvenience for engineering calculation. In order to solve this problem, it is necessary to make the methods fit for the leatures of the ventilation temperature and the relative humidity in the mining condition. It is necessary to take into account the effects of the ventilation temperature and the relative humidity on the latent heating exchange capacity. So, we have divided the variation range of temperature and humidity ratio into 9 intervals in mine. Then, a simplified method has been put forward, which the humidity ratio is represented in a linear function of 2 variables that are temperature and relative humidity, whereas the calculation absolute errors of humidity ratio is less than 4% at the 9 intervals. According to the heat trans- mission features between the tunnel periphery rock and airflow, the roadway can be divided into 2 types depend on whether the ventilation time of roadway is longer than 1 year. Next, we have also deduced 2 new formulas for calculating the airflow temperature manually in mine. And, last of all, based on the law of conservation of energy in mine, we have proposed a method for checking the accuracy of the new forecast formula by using the closed error of the airflow energy equation. By this method , we can also make a comparison and analy- sis of own forecast method and other related formulas. The results indicate that the method we have innovated enjoys the advantages of high precision and great convenience for engineering calculation. Thus
