摘  要:作为新一代哈龙替代灭火剂,Novec 1230因其出色的灭火性能和良好的环境、物理及毒理特性而受到广泛关注。为深入探讨Novec 1230-N2灭火体系的存储性能,首先对Novec 1230的饱和蒸气压进行了测定,并考察了不同Novec 1230-N2充装体系的存储压力随温度的变化情况。在此基础上,应用质量守恒和道尔顿分压定律对N2在Novec 1230中的溶解度及Novec 1230的最大充装密度进行了量化。结果表明,Novec 1230的存储性能较Halon 1301和HFC-227ea更优异,且当体系充装密度、初始充装压力较大时,体系存储压力随温度的变化更显著。此外,N2在Novec 1230中的溶解度很低,仅随体系充装压力和温度而变化,与充装密度无关。最后,给出了Novec 1230的最大充装密度。In this study, we would like to introduce a Novec 1230- N2 extinguishing system and its storage performance in hoping to scru- tinize deeply into the storage performance of Novec 1230 - N2 extinguishing systems. It is for this purpose that we have first of all tested the saturated vapor pressures of Novec 1230 in a sealed cylinder at different temperatures. As a new kind of Halon replacement, Novec 1230 has attracted quite broad attention for its superior fire suppressing performance and well-received environmental, physical and toxi- cological properties. And, secondly, we have made an estimate of the densities of vapor and liquid phases of Novec 1230 under Psat the Peng-Robinson equation of the state and gained results of the estimate which are in perfect accord with those of the practical measurements in a relative error no bigger than + 4 % . Besides, we have also made experiments with the storage pressure of Novec 1230 - N2 extinguish- ing system, together with the comparative experiments of Halon 1301 and HFC- 227ea, in a great variety of conditions. The experimental results we have gained show a great more successful storage behavior of Novec 1230 - N2. That is to say, it turns out to be much more convenient and safer in storage than that of Halon 1301 and HFC - 227ea. In addition, its higher initial filling pressure or greater filling density can also contribute to a more significant change of the storage pressure as the temperature rises. Based on the experimental data and the calculated density, we have also worked out the solubility of N2 in Novec 1230 with the quantitative accuracy. Thus, the low solubility of N2 in the Novec 1230 has made it fit for driving the gas for Novec 1230 extinguishing agent. At the same time, we have also detected that the solubility of N2 can function as a means of temperature and the initial filling pressure though no obvious influence has been found by using the filhng density of Novec 1230.
