摘 要:采用臭氧氧化法深度处理经生化工艺处理的养猪废水,探讨反应时间、臭氧投加速率和p H值对COD、色度和UV254去除效果的影响,并采用紫外可见光谱和三维荧光光谱(3DEEM)分析了臭氧氧化前后养猪废水中溶解性有机物(DOM)的变化特征。结果表明,当臭氧投加速率为1.13g/h、反应温度为20℃、p H值为7.2时,反应40 min后养猪废水的COD、色度和UV254去除率分别约为50%、95%和75%。生化处理后的养猪废水主要含有可见腐殖质、紫外腐殖质和微生物代谢产物,臭氧氧化后微生物代谢产物的荧光峰基本消失,可见腐殖质和紫外腐殖质特征荧光峰荧光强度与原水相比也显著降低。研究表明,臭氧对养猪废水中难降解有机物的降解作用非常明显。The purpose of our paper is to find the effect of ozonation technology on treating the swine sewage, in which we took COD, color and UV254 as the treating subjects in our experiment. The swine sewage we have adopted had been pretreated biologically. In proceeding with our research, we have investigated the effects of the reaction time, the ozone flowing rate and pH value on removal rate of COD, color and UV254. Besides, we have also explored the spectroscopic changes of the dissolved organic matters via UV - Vis spectroscopy and 3DEEM. The results of our experiments demonstrate that, the optimal reaction time tends to be 40 min and the appropriate ozone flowing rate should be 1.13 g/h, with the removal efficiency improved with the increase of pH value to some extent. What is more, we have found that on the condition when the reaction time is 40 min, ozone flowing rate is I. 13 g/h, at the temperature of 20 ℃ and pH value was 7.2, the removal efficiencies can be made as high as 50%, 95% and 75% for COD, color and UV254 respectively. The major components of the swine sewage after biological treating can be found as visible humic acid, UV humic acid and the microbial byproduct-like materials. After ozonation, the EEM (excitation emis- sion matrix) peak of the microbial byproduct-like materials tends to have almost disappeared. At the same time, the fluorescence intensity of the visible humic acid and UV humic acid turn to be seriously reduced. This may indicate that it is possible for the refractory organics in the swine sewage to be degraded significantly by ozone. In addition, the analysis of the fluorescence regional integration (FRI) in- dicates that after ozone oxidation, PFR of aromatic protein substances II tends to drop to 1.34 % from 11.69 % , whereas PFR of microbial byproduct-like materials tends also to drop to 6.64% from 23.12%. On the other hand, the PFR of fulvic acids and humic acid tend to increase by 18.16% and 10.26%, respectively.
