摘 要:选取3种油脂含量较高的藻类——普通小球藻、栅藻和布朗葡萄藻进行研究,将其接种于当地城市生活污水中,考察3种藻对污水的耐受性、生长情况、油脂积累情况及污水中TN、TP的降解情况。结果表明:在不同污水浓度下,栅藻对污水的耐受性最好,取得了最高藻密度和最大干重;栅藻的油脂含量最高,由高到低依次为栅藻、小球藻、布朗葡萄藻,分别为26.34%、23.4%、21.54%;3种藻类对污水中TN、TP的去除均较理想,其中栅藻的去除率最高,达到95%以上。This paper is aimed to screen out a species of microalgae which grows in the original urban sewage. The said species of microalgae has a high tolerability, proliferates rapidly. It can also purify water as well as absorb the microalgae grease. For our study purpose, we have chosen three kinds of high oil-containing algaes as the study objects, that is: Chlorella sp., Scenedesmus sp. and Botryococct~ braunil. Having inoculatedin the local urban sewage, we have been trying to use the algaes for our experimental tests to validate its tolera- bility, growth condition, oil accumulation in addition to the degrada- tion of TP and TN in the sewage in order to provide the basic data and promote the urban sewage treatment with its coupled biodiesel. The results of our experiments show that: in different sewage concentra- tions, Scenedesmus sp. has the most favorable tolerability of sewage. At the same time, the density of the algae can be made increase to 143 × 10^5 months/mL. Actually, it can be cultured in the 100% sewage,which also tells us that the algae density and the cell dry weight can be made much higher than the other algae species. In addition, Botryococcus braunii grows poor with the minimum density, with the maximum algal density being only 13 × 10^5 months/mL in 50 % of sewage. Although the three concentrations of the algaes have some difference, the tests indicate that the sewage concentration has little effects on the growth of Botryococcus braunii, therefore, the algae is not fit for such sewage basically. Since Seenedesmus sp. has the highest oil content, it can be found that there exists a descending order for the three algaes, that is: Scenedesmus sp. 〉 Ghlorella sp. 〉 Botryococcus bratmii. The percentages of the oil-removal were 26.34%, 23.42% and 21.54%. Of the three kinds of algaes from the point of view of removing rate of TN, TP is idealistic, and the Scenedesmus sp. enjoys thehighest removal efficiency, whose removal rate is over 95 %.
