摘　　要：本文以某军队医院为研究对象,分析医院所面临的问题;论述院前检查中心建设的意义;提出从服务流程、建立制度、确定对象、费用核算四方面保障中心的运行。A military hospital was taken as the example to discussed the significances to build up the pre -hospital checking center , and then from four aspects as the service process , management system , serving the ob-jects and cost accounting , the operation basis of the center were proposed .
