摘　　要：疗养服务质量是疗养院核心竞争力。新形势下推进现代疗养院建设发展,必须着力把握现代疗养服务管理特点规律,不断提升疗养服务质量。本文总结归纳现代疗养服务管理主要特性,为加强疗养服务管理提供参考。Convalescent service quality is the core competence of the sanatorium .To promote the develop-ment of modern sanatorium under the new situation , we must strive to understand the characteristics and laws of modern convalescent service management , and improve convalescent service quality .In this paper , the author sum-marized the main characteristics of modern convalescent service management , which would provide a reference for strengthening the sanatorium management .
