摘　　要：本文在总结近年来灾害医学救援实践基础上,介绍灾害医学救援的主要做法,探索灾害医学救援应把握的几个关键问题,分析陆地大型移动医疗急救装备现状,提出研发技术先进、设施齐备、能够满足灾害后恶劣环境下使用的快速高效急救,以及大批量、长距离伤病员后送救治装备;并配套研制全程行进间救治指挥决策系统予以衔接,使各种大型移动医疗急救装备综合配套形成体系,以提高灾害医学救援能力。Based on the summarized experience of disaster medical rescue in recent years , in this paper the author introduced the main methods of disaster medical rescue , depicted some key problems in disaster medical res-cue, analyzed the current status about large mobile medical emergency equipment on land .The fast efficient rescue equipment , which are of advanced technology and completed facility ,and can be used in the severe environments after the disasters , and equipment for large scale wounds and long distance medical evacuation and treatment should be de -veloped .Moreover , command and decision -making system for the efficient treatment , which is composed of various large mobile medical rescue devices and enhances the disaster medical rescue capability , should be studied .
