摘　　要：目的探索利用信息手段规范化管理药物合理使用的方法。方法依托医院信息系统,利用信息技术自主研发合理用药自动筛查在线点评系统,将其运用到促进合理用药工作中。结果系统实现处方、病例、抗菌药物等模块的多项自动筛查功能,并可对结果进行人工在线点评。结论系统筛查具有专项性、全面性与公开性等特点,在提高点评效率同时,为促进合理用药水平和该领域软件的深入开发起较好的先导作用。系统仍有较大的功能开发空间,有待在应用中不断完善。Objective To explore the method by using information means to standardize the management of rational drug use .Method Relying on the hospital information system , the information technology was used to de-velop an independent rational drug use automatic screening comment system , which was applies in the actual work to promote the rational of drug use .Results The system achieved the prescription , cases and antibacterial agents of automatic screening function , online comment function .Conclusion The system is of the characteristics as spe-cificity, the comprehensive and impartial .With it, we can improve the efficiency of rational drug use , improve the level of rational drug use and the development of software in -depth .There is still of great development space in the information data analysis , and it still needs to be perfected by application in the future .
