摘 要:目的研究不同病原学诊断方法在呼吸机相关肺炎的临床应用价值。方法应用经纤维支气管镜保护性毛刷、支气管肺泡灌洗和普通抽痰法采集呼吸机相关肺炎患者下呼吸道的分泌物行细菌定量培样。结果普通吸痰法及BAL-QC与普通吸痰法比较,差异均有统计学意义。结论 FOB-PSB-QC与BAL-QC相结合对呼吸机相关肺炎患者病原学的诊断具有较高的应用价值。Objective To investigate clinical application value of different etiological diagnosis method in ventilator - as- sociated pneumonia. Methods The secretions for bacterial culture were collected by bronchoscopic protected specimen brush, bronchoalveolar lavage and ordinary suction method in lower respiratory tract. Results There were statistical significance among the three methods in sensibility and specificity. The pollution prevention performance of three methods of compared with each other : there were no significant statistical significance between FOB - PSB - QC and BAL - QC. The difference between FOB - PSB - QC and ordinary suction method, BAL - QC and ordinary suction method were both large and statistically significant. Conclusion In the diagnosis of ventilator associated pneumonia pathogen, the value of quantitative bacterial cultures collected by FOB - PSB - QC and BAL - QC were higher.
