摘  要:根据厄瓜多尔CCS水电站实际情况、合同及美国标准的规定,确定了钢衬材料的机械性能及许用应力,对钢衬抗外压稳定进行了计算分析,修正了美国标准中加劲环自身抗外压稳定计算公式,并且对美国标准与中国标准计算结果进行了对比。结果表明:随着加劲环间距的增大,中国标准得到的加劲环自身抗外压稳定计算值偏小。鉴于外水压力值超过了2.0 MPa,且钢筋混凝土衬砌段为透水设计,虽然按美国标准复核抗外压稳定满足要求,但是考虑工程安全起见,采取在压力钢管上部30 m处设排水洞。Applying American standards,this paper determined the mechanical performance and allowable stress of lining material of the subject project,calculated the lining stability against external pressure,modified the calculation formula of stability against external pressure for stiffener ring in American standards,and compared the calculation results applying American standards and Chinese standards. As spacing between stiffener rings increases,the stability value of ring against external pressure applying Chinese standards is smaller than that of American standards. Although the stability is qualified according to American standards,a drainage tunnel is provided 30 m above the penstock for safety reasons,as the external water pressure is over 2. 0 MPa and the reinfored concrete-lined section is pervious.
