三种不同花色品种非洲紫罗兰的耐阴性研究

摘　　要：非洲紫罗兰(Saintpaulia ionantha)具有较高的观赏价值,适宜在阴处生长,但其耐阴性研究还很少见。本文对非洲紫罗兰进行遮荫处理,研究光强对叶绿素含量以及生物量等方面的影响。通过人为控制光强,对非洲紫罗兰在温室内全光照100%、50%、30%、10%条件下的叶绿素含量以及生长性状进行了研究。结果表明,非洲紫罗兰适合的光强为全光照的30%,叶面积和叶片数增长较快,其他生物性状没有太大变化,所以非洲紫罗兰适合生长在背荫处,但在开花季节需要一定的散射光的照射。Saintpaulia ionantha has high ornamental value, which thrives in the shade, but the study on its shade tolerance is not ex- cessive. This paper studies the effects of light intensity on chlorophyll content and biomass by shading treatment. The chlorophyll con- tent and growth traits of Saintpaulia ionantha under different light conditions of 100% , 50%, 30% and 10% in greenhouse are stud- ied. The results show that the appropriate light intensity of Saintpaulia ionantha is 30% of full light, leaf area and leaf number increase rapidly, other biological traits have little change. So it is suitable for the growth of Saintpaulia ionantha in shading place, but it needs some scattered light irradiation in flowering season.
