摘　　要：公家坪金矿位于商丹构造结合带之内,成矿条件好,找矿潜力大。通过对矿区岩石、含金石英脉(矿石)的稀土元素分析,可知该矿床成矿物质主要来源于壳源,其成矿过程与地层中基性火山岩、花岗岩类侵入岩关系密切。The Gongjiaping gold mine is located in the juncture zone from Shangxian to Danfeng, where favorable metallogenic conditions resulted in a great potential for ore prospecting. Analysis of rear earth elements, rocks and gold-bearing quartz （ore） has indicated that metallogenic materials of this mine are originated in the earth＇s crust and the metallogenic process has a more intimate relation with granitoid intrusions than intermediate-basic volcanic rocks in this area.
