摘 要:以对区域路网的系统分析为基础,综合考虑政府政策、道路结构以及高速公路开发公司和超载货车经营者各自的经营目标;以"路网综合效益最大化,分车型按超载阶段收费"为主体思路,建立上层追求收费最大化,下层追求总体出行广义费用最小化的博弈模型,具体优化求解采用遗传算法;最后结合实例计算验证该模型的正确性与可行性,并对计重收费的实施提出改进建议。Based on the analysis of the regional network system characteristics,and the comprehensive consideration of government's policy,road structure,goals of freeway exploitation corporations and overloaded truck operators,a game model that the upper maximum the total charges,the lower minimum of overall generalized cost was established with the idea"maximum the comprehensive benefits of the regional network,charging by model and overload phase". Genetic algorithm was adopted in the concrete optimization course for solution. Through an example of calculation the correctness and feasibility of the model to determine the toll rate were verified,and the improvement suggestions for implementation of weight toll were put forward.
