摘 要:磷酸铁锂是一种很有应用前景的锂离子电池正极材料,由于其电导率低限制了它的广泛应用,而碳包覆是提高其电化学性能的方法之一。以食用蔗糖为碳源在不同的温度下制备了LiFePO4/C样品,并采用扫描电镜、X-射线衍射和电化学性能测试等技术对样品进行了表征,发现样品为橄榄石型结构,同时在700℃制备的样品具有较好的循环性能和比容量。LiFePO4 was a potential cathode candidate for lithium ion batteries, but with poor electronic conductivity, its application was limited. LiFePO4 was prepared by carbon-coated in order to improve its electrochemical property. LiFePO4/C samples were prepared by adding sugar to the synthetic precursor at different temperatures. The samples were characterized by Sanning Ectron Microscopy ( SEM ) , X-ray diffraction ( XRD ) and characterization of electrochemical property, their crystal phases were olivine structure, but only the sample obtained at 700 ℃ had a larger discharge capacity and good electrochemical properties.
