摘  要:近年来螺杆压缩机在石化行业中的应用领域越来越广泛,其振动值是机组的重要参数。通过振动微分方程的分析,以及在大量的螺杆压缩机组出厂试验中发现,小型机组振动强度达大于大型压缩机组。基于这一现象,本文对引起螺杆压缩机振动的原因进行了简单的探讨。经过分析看出,小型螺杆压缩机机组的动平衡应采用比大型机组更高的精度才能把振动强度控制到与大型机组相同的水平。将机组振动值控制在一定范围内,可以提高效率、降低噪音、延长轴承部件寿命。这一结论为压缩机的在石化行业的进一步选型设计提供了理论依据和参考。In recent years, the application field of screw compressor in petrochemical industry was more and more widely, compressor vibration value was one of the important parameters of the screw compressor. Through the analysis of the vibration differential equation, a lot of experiments showed that the vibration characteristics of larger screw compressors seemed to be more difficult to control than those smaller ones. To begin with this phenomenon, the reasons to cause the vibration of screw compressors were discussed. According to the analysis, accuracy of dynamic balance of smaller screw compressors should be higher so as to get the same vibration characteristics. To control the vibration value within a certain range can improve efficiency, reduce noise, and prolong the life of bearing parts. The conclusion provided theoretical basis in petrochemical industry for further selection of compressor design and reference.
