摘　　要：Prostate-specific antigen （PSA） test for prostate cancer is the only serum-based cancer screening test that is widely accepted. A large number of PSA tests are done in developed countries such as the United States due to the recommendation that men be screened annually starting at age 50. With the rapid economic development and increased access to healthcare, countries like China have also experienced a dramatic increase in the utilization of P SA test.
