摘 要:针对国内外土木工程结构实验室中广泛应用的MTS电液伺服加载系统,研究了一种基于内部命令控制的抗震拟动力试验方法。通过对MTS系统硬件配置和软件配置进行对比分析,阐述了基于内部命令控制的途径和特点,并同Net SLab平台进行对接并建立了试验系统,对悬臂钢柱进行了单自由度抗震试验,试验者性能曲线与控制中心结果吻合较好,证实了所建立的系统能够进行拟动力试验,上述试验证实了本文提出的内部命令控制方法的可行性和有效性,可为相关研究提供参考。MTS electro- hydraulic servo loading system is widely used in civil engineering structure laboratory at home and abroad,this paper presented a kind of seismic pseudo- dynamic testing method based on internal command control. According to the comparative analysis of MTS system hardware configuration and software configuration,the ways and characteristics based on internal command control were expounded,and the connections with Net SLab platform were conducted,then the test system was established. A single degree of freedom seismic test of cantilever steel column was carried out,the tester results were preferably identical with the results of controller,and the results confirm the established system capable of pseudo- dynamic testing. The experiments demonstrate that the proposed internal command control method is feasible and effective,which can provide reference for the related research.
