摘 要:总结了纤维增强树脂基复合材料湿热条件下的吸湿行为及影响吸湿的因素;综述了湿热老化对复合材料耐热性能和力学性能的影响,分析了其作用机理。多数树脂基复合材料吸湿的初期阶段符合费克定律,吸湿会造成树脂基体的塑化、水解,产生裂纹以及纤维/树脂基体界面破坏,从而降低材料的性能。最后对纤维增强树脂基复合材料湿热老化研究提出了几点建议。Both the moisture absorption behaviors of fiber reinforced resin composites in hot and humid conditions and their influencing factors are introduced. The effects of hygrothermal aging on heat-resistant property and mechanical property of fiber reinforced resin composites are summarized, and the hygrothermal aging mechanism is also analyzed. The moisture absorption behaviors Of most fiber reinforced resin composites agree with Fick's law of diffusion during the early stage of the hydrothermal exposure process. Moisture absorption can cause the performance degradation of composites due to plasticization, hydroiyzation, cracking of matrix and damage of fiber/ matrix interface. In addition, some suggestions on hygrothermal aging research of fiber reinforced resin composites are proposed.
