摘  要:通过考察自由状态及承压状态下的三种氟橡胶O型密封圈在酸性介质中腐蚀前后的几何尺寸、力学性能以及形貌的变化,对其耐酸性介质腐蚀性能做出了综合评价。结果表明:腐蚀后,氟橡胶O型密封圈的拉伸强度、拉断伸长率、硬度减小,几何尺寸发生变化;O型密封圈在承压状态下的腐蚀程度比自由状态下的轻;在承压状态下,液相腐蚀比气相腐蚀轻,而自由状态下则相反;腐蚀后O型密封圈会产生塑性变形、局部鼓泡、开裂等现象。The corrosion resistances of three kinds of fluorine rubber O-rings in acid medium were evaluated comprehensively through studying the physical dimensions, mechanical properties and morphology changes of the O- rings in free and compressive stress state before and after corrosion. The results show that after corrosion the tensile strength, elongation at break and hardness of the fluorine rubber O-ring decreased and the physical dimension changed. The corrosion degree of the O-ring was weaker in the compressive stress state than in the free state, in the compressive stress state, the liquid corrosion was weaker than the gaseous corrosion, but it was on the contrary in the free state. After corrosion, plastic deformation, local bubble, or even crack occurred in the O-rings.
