高海拔地区女兵训练前后月经紊乱情况分析

摘　　要：目的:研究某部驻海拔2 835m地区女兵训练前后内分泌变化情况,观察低氧状态下军事训练对女性内分泌的影响,以探讨高海拔地区新兵训练对女性生理功能的影响,从而对战区内女兵进行心理疏导和健康教育。方法:选择驻海拔近2 835m、大气氧分压15.3kPa,新入伍女兵56名,平均训练时间3个月,分别于训练前1周、训练中、训练结束后1周、3个月空腹抽取静脉血,采用放射免疫法测定其血清促卵泡成熟激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)、睾酮(T)。结果:高海拔地区参训女兵月经紊乱明显高于训练前,训练结束后1周血清E2、P、LH水平显著增高(P<0 01),训练结束后3个月内分泌激素水平略高于训练前水平,差异无显著性。结论:高海拔地区军事训练后女兵内分泌激素水平可发生适应性变化,是功能性、暂时性和可逆性的,对生殖系统无影响。Objective：To observe the effects of the plateau condition on the changes of endocrine and physiological function in trained female recruits.Methods：The venous blood were collected from 56 fresh female soldiers who were trained in high altitude for average 3months.The serum hormon,such as follicle-stimulating hormone（FSH）,luteinizing hormone（LH）,estradio（E2）,progestogen（P）and testesterone（T）,were analyzed by radio-immunity before training,during training and after 3months training respectively.The menstrual cycles were also recorded.Results：Rate of menstrual disorder of these trained soldiers in the plateau condition was significantly higher than those untrained female soldiers,the level of E2,P and LH also increaded compared with untrained.Whereas,the levels of endocrine hormone after 3 month training had no obvious difference compared with untrained.Conclusion：The changes of endocrine hormone of female recruit in high altitude is functional,temporary,and reversible,which is not harmful to genital system of women.
