摘  要:以I型胶原、岩藻聚糖硫酸酯为主要原料,采用0.04~0.06M醋酸溶解的Ⅰ胶原、岩藻聚糖硫酸酯的水溶液通过共混的方法制备I型胶原、岩藻聚糖硫酸酯混合溶液,经过冷冻干燥制备复合支架材料。用SEM对复合支架进行性能表征,测定了复合支架的结构、吸水率、体外降解性能,还做了复合支架材料的细胞相容性实验,主要是细胞毒性检测,以及与成纤维细胞复合共培养,检测细胞在材料上的生长情况。结果表明:岩藻聚糖硫酸酯-胶原共混支架材料具有一定孔径的网状结构,有良好的生物相容性,细胞能粘附在材料上生长。它作为一种潜在的生物材料可望在生物医学领域得到应用。Type I collagen/fucoidan scaffold was prepared successfully through solvent-casting method by mixing collagen acetic acid solution and fucoidan aqueaous solution. The blended solution was freeze-dried to form porous scaffold. The water absorptivity, degradable property, and the pore structure of the material were tested. The microstructure of the scaffold was observed by SEM. The biocompatibility of the scaffold was studied by cell toxicity test and t^he fibroblasts co-culture assay. Results showed that the type I collagen/ fucoidan scaffold were biocompatible and favorable for the attachment and proliferation of fibroblasts. It reveals that the scaffold is promising as a new type of biomaterial.
