摘　　要：社区医疗是我国养老事业的重要组成部分,其中包含适老性社区健康保障服务体系。本文仅从适老性社区药房服务建设方面着手,旨在通过提出建构策略对健康保障服务体系进行补充和扩展。笔者研究国外的社区药房服务现况,分析我国社区药房服务的不足,针对国内老年人对适老性社区药房服务的需求进行实地调研,并进行访谈。从老年人对社区药房相关服务的需求出发,以国外社区药房的服务为借鉴,提出在我国适老性社区药房服务方面的建设策略,从而更好地补充、丰富和发展我国适老性社区健康保障服务体系。Community health is an important part of our country’s pension career, it including the health care service system. However, this paper proposes construction strategy from one of the aspects, the pharmacy service and construction in the community for the elderly, to complement and expand the health care service system. The author studied the status of the community pharmacy service in abroad, analyzed the shortcomings in our country and conducted field research and in-depth interviews which were aimed at the domestic demands for the pharmacy service of the community for the elderly. Starting with the above demands, draw lessons from the foreign pharmacy service in the community suitable for the elderly and propose the construction strategy for the pharmacy service of community for the elderly in our country to bet er complement, enrich our health care service system.
