摘　　要：随着商业地产和商业综合体的蓬勃发展,主力店日益成为商业综合体重要的组成部分。它需要一种综合程度很高的经营管理模式,将各商业模式及空间布局结合在一起,通过统一规划、管理、运营,从而实现购物、休闲、娱乐等复合式的综合消费目标。With the rapid development of commercial real estate and commercial complex, the anchor store has become an important part of commercial complex. It requires a high degree of management model that combine the business mode and space layout together so as to realize a comprehensive consumption goals including shopping, leisure, entertainment through unified planning, management and operations.
