摘 要:"节能改造"是指近年来在各地实施的针对老旧住宅进行的外围护结构保温改造及环境再生工程,但由于我国城市既有住宅存量大、老损状况复杂、原始资料缺失等原因,工程实施存在诸多问题和困难。本文通过对大连市中山区既有住宅节能改造工程实态的走访调研,了解并掌握了工程实际操作流程和实例,在全面总结和分析工程现状及问题的基础上,提出具体的协调办法和改善意见。"The Energy-Saving Renovation" means the projects aiming at the old housings built in 1980s and 2000s. The main contents include renovation of insulation system, heat supply, and maintenance of community environment. However. due to the large quantity, complicated damage situation and lack of original blueprint of Chinese Urban Existing Residential Building, there are many problems and difficulties in project implementation. Based on the research on the project of Energy-Saving Renovation of Existing Residential Building in Zhongshan District, Dalian. this paper presents the case study and workflow of the project. On the basis of a comprehensive summary and analysis of the status quo, the coordinated approach and improve specific comments are proposed.
