摘  要:采用低温溶液缩聚的方法,在N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)-氯化锂(LiCl)溶剂体系中引入了邻氯对苯二胺作为第三单体,与对苯二胺(PPD)和对苯二甲酰氯(TPC)反应,得到改性PPTA树脂。考察了第三单体含量对聚合体ηinh的影响,并对合成的芳香酰胺进行了XRD、TG、SEM等分析表征。研究结果表明改性聚合体的结晶度及热性能与PPTA相比略有下降,但仍不失为良好的稳定型树脂。通过表征膜的力学性能,发现加入45mol%第三单体制备的薄膜具有最佳的力学性能,与相同条件下制备的PPTA薄膜相比其拉伸强度有明显的提高,而且加入第三单体能够逐渐提高薄膜的断裂伸长率,改善薄膜的韧性。Modified PPTA was prepared by low-temperature solution polycondensation using pphenylenediamine(PPD),terephthaloyl chloride(TPC)and 2-chloro-p-phenylenediamine(the third monomer)in the solvent system N-Methyl pyrrolidone/Lithium Chloride(NMP/LiCl).The influence of third monomer content on the polymer'sηinhwas investigated and the synthetic aromatic polyamides were characterized by XRD,TG and SEM.The results indicated that the crystallization degree and thermal properties of the modified polymer decrease slightly compared with the PPTA,but it is still a promising resin with good stability.It was found that when the third monomer content was 45mol%the film possesses the best mechanical properties,which is much higher than pure PPTA film formed by the same method.With the increasing content of 2-chloro-p-phenylenediamine,the fracture toughness of the film increases,and the breaking elongation rate of the film is also gradually improved.
