摘  要:通过控制烧成温度制得无光效果较好的釉,采用X-射线衍射分析和扫描电镜分析等对试样进行测试,并对无光釉的析晶机理进行了分析。结果表明:对于SiO2/Al2O3比值〉10,掺入适量的B2O3、ZnO等矿化剂的配方,在烧成温度为1170℃,保温30min后,釉层表面有大量3-10微米方石英晶粒均匀析出,使得釉面无光效果良好,釉面呈丝绢质光泽;方石英的析出有赖于分相过程,分相为方石英的析出提供了非均态核化界面和过饱和条件;方石英的析出温度,应保证系统处于分相状态且熔体具有较低的粘度,温度过高或过低难以满足此条件,且晶核形成和晶体长大过程均在适宜的烧成温度下的保温过程中完成。High quality matt glaze was obtained by controlling the fire temperature,and then tested using the X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).Base on the above work,the mechanism of crystallization taking place in the glaze has been analyzed.The results first show that what makes the glaze formulated(B2O3,ZnO),SiO2/Al2O3 10 matt and silk-like is the large number of 3-10μm cristobalite grains uniformly precipitated out of the surface of the glaze as the heat-treatment temperature rises to 1170℃and soaked for 30 min.The precipitation of cristobalites relays on phase seperation for the phase seperation provides homogeneous and superatuated nucleation interfaces.The precipitation takes place at the phase separation temperature at which the melt mass is of low viscocity.After the suitable firing at almost the same temperature,sintering and shaping and eventually nucleation ofcristobalites are all completed.If the temperature is too high or too low,all the above events are not realized and thus suitable quality matt glaze can not be obtained.
