摘 要:采用电解液加热淬火方法对某高温合金零件扩口部位进行局部热处理,研究电解液浓度、电压、电流密度等因素对加热温度的影响。试验确定的最佳工艺参数为碳酸钠溶液浓度9%,设定电压100V,保温时间4S。经电解液加热局部淬火后,加热区域显微硬度明显降低,晶粒没有明显长大,荧光检查未发现缺陷,零件扩口后无裂纹并能满足承载力试验要求。Electrolyte partial heat treatment was employed to deal with the flaring area ofa superalloy part.An investigation was carried out to study the effect of electrolyte concentration,voltage and electric current density on the heat treatment temperature.The optimal parameters were determined through the experiments,which are:the concentration of carbonate solution was 9%,the electric voltage was 100 Vand the heating time was 4S.After electrolyte partial heat treatment,the hardness of heated region is considerably reduced,the crystal grains do not obviously grow,point defects cannot be found,and the heated regions of these parts do not crack after flaring test.All of the above have been thought satisfying the requirement of carrying capacity tests.
