线缝工艺沙滩童鞋的帮样结构设计

摘　　要：介绍了胶粘工艺和线缝工艺的区别,并对沙滩童鞋帮部件组成和各部件工艺处理的设计方法进行分析,明确了其帮样结构设计要求和特点。按照帮样结构设计的制作顺序,详细阐述了线缝工艺沙滩童鞋的帮样结构设计过程、设计方法与制作要求,最后通过问题解析,讲解了如何避免和解决制作过程中可能遇到问题。The difference between adhesive prosess and seaming technology was introduced. The composition and design of shoe upper and other parts of a children’s beach shoe were analyzed. The upper structure requirements and characteristics were pointed out. The design process, design method and making requirements of children’s beach shoes with seaming technology were introduced in detail. The method to solve the problems during the making process was also reviewed.
