摘　　要：干部道德教育实效性研究是加强党性教育的重要内容,也是党的思想作风建设的重要途径。在执政党面临"四大考验"和"四大危险"的新形势下,进行干部道德教育实效性的框架分析具有重要的现实意义。本文拟从干部道德教育的现代转型、干部道德教育的内在架构和干部道德教育与制度协同发展等方面进行阐述。Studying the effectiveness of cadre＇ s moral education is not only an important subject of party＇ s spirit education, but also an important way to promote the party＇s ideological construction. Under the situation of ruling party facing ＂four tests＂ and ＂four dangers＂, it is very necessary to have a frame analysis on the actual effect of cadre＇ s moral education. This paper discusses the modern transformation, the frame work and the system coordination of cadre＇ s moral education.
