摘　　要：以沈阳市乒乓球协会和民办体育社团"沈阳徒步"为研究个案,以"制度与生活"的理论视角,运用文献调研、观察、访谈等研究方法,围绕"城市官办体育社团和民办体育社团组织系统差异"这一核心问题展开比较分析。研究发现,城市官办体育社团是制度理性的产物,缺乏自主性;城市民办体育社团是生活理性的产物,具有较强的自主性,并提出弥合制度与生活的张力,促进城市体育社团发展的策略。Based on the official sports association Shenyang Table Tennis Association and pri-vate sports association Shenyang Pedestrianism as the study case ,by the theory of “system and life-style” as the study framework ,using literature review ,observation ,interview and other re-search methods ,this paper carries the study around the central issue ＂ organization system difference between city official sports association and civil sports association ＂.The result shows that city official sports association is the production of system rationality and lack of au-tonomy ,while civil sports association is the production of life rationality and has strong autono-my in general .The article proposes the strategy of bridging the tension between system and life and promoting the development of city sports associations .
