肱骨近端骨折锁定钢板内固定治疗效果探析

摘　　要：目的:探讨肱骨近端骨折锁定钢板内固定治疗的临床效果。方法:选取40例肱骨近端骨折手术患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各20例。观察组患者以锁定钢板内固定法进行治疗;对照组患者20例以常规手术法进行治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为90.0%,对照组为75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组患者手术时间及术后恢复时间明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:锁定钢板内固定法治疗肱骨近端骨折患者具有较好的临床效果,手术时间短,术后恢复快,值得临床广泛推广。Objective： To explore the efficacy of internal fixation using locking plates in the treatment of proximal humeral fracture. Methods： 40 cases of proximal humeral fracture were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,20 cases in each. Observation group was treated by internal fixation using locking plates,control group was treated by conventional operation method. The efficacy was compared between two groups. Results： The total effective rates of observation group and control group were 90. 0% and 75% respectively. The difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： The efficacy of internal fixation using locking plates in the treatment of proximal humeral fracture was significant with shorter operation time and rapid recovery. It deserves the clinical expansion.
